They create a safe, sensory-friendly environment where each person can go at their own pace and feel comfortable. They also support parents and caregivers with training and resources, and even bring their services into homes, schools, and therapy centers. At its heart, Care Cuts is about turning a stressful moment into one that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Founded in 1998, Sena Technologies is a global leader in Bluetooth and Mesh communication systems, providing innovative solutions for motorcycle enthusiasts. With a commitment to safety, convenience, and connectivity, Sena revolutionizes the way riders experience the road, offering a wide range of products including helmets, intercoms, and cameras that deliver exceptional audio and seamless communication in even the most extreme environments. My strategic digital marketing initiatives and eCommerce enhancements led to immediate, measurable results for Sena. Within the first 6 months, their digital ad performance increased 150%, directly driving an uplift in sales. JCPenney Capstone: Digital Strategy Overview
This project created a digital growth strategy for JCPenney by analyzing its customers, competitors, and market position.
Key focus areas included improving the dorm shopping experience through bundles, checklists, and ship-to-school options; strengthening e-commerce and mobile capabilities to compete with Amazon and Target; maintaining value-driven pricing and promotions; and enhancing the website user experience.
The strategy targets both loyal older shoppers and younger generations, emphasizing profitable private brands and streamlined offerings. Backed by competitive research, in-store analysis, and customer surveys, the plan provides a roadmap to modernize JCPenney’s digital presence and reinforce its market relevance.
